Public Works Laborer F/T- Delaware Township, Hunterdon County

Public Works is seeking qualified applicants for a permanent full-time laborer position. Duties include, but are not limited to, buildings and grounds maintenance, grass cutting, operating a variety of motor vehicles including dump trucks and other equipment used in public works services, snow and ice removal, leaf collection, repairing potholes, and stormwater systems. Applicant will be required to work scheduled and emergency overtime. Must possess a valid Class B (CDL) license. Driver history will be checked upon hire. Public works experience is preferred. Applicant must be able to interact in a positive and effective manner with employees and the public. Applicant will be required to submit to drug/alcohol screening, both pre-hire and randomly.
