Please remember to license your dogs and register your cats before February 29, 2012. Starting March 1st there is a $30 late fee per dog and a $30 late fee for cat registrations.

Delaware Township is in the process of creating Accessory Apartments by private property owners for occupancy by moderate income tenants as required by the State of New Jersey.
Homeowners who may be interested in providing accessory apartments should read the Accessory Apartment Handbook on this site, on our forms page, for an application and for a copy of the regulations.
No dogs, except any guide, service and/or working dog in use pursuant to the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, are allowed in the Delaware Township Municipal Building.

Residents with damage due to Hurricane Irene can begin registering with FEMA at 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or TTY 800-462-7585 for those with hearing or speech impairments. The phones lines are staffed 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Residents can also register online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov. All residents with damage from Irene are advised to register.
Raritan Valley Disposal is accepting tree branches, limbs and stumps at its Recycling Center at no cost. Bring these items to 79 River Road in Raritan Township.
