TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1975 C231, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., known as the Open Public Meetings Act, the Township Committee of the Township of Delaware meeting originally scheduled for July 14, 2025 at 7:30 pm has been rescheduled for July 17, 2025 at 7:30 pm at the Municipal Building 570 Rosemont Ringoes Rd. Sergeantsville, NJ 08557. Formal action will be taken.

Public Hearing Rescheduled

The following is the title of an ordinance which was introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of Delaware, in the County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, held on June 9, 2025. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held in the municipal building, 570 Rosemont Ringoes Road, Sergeantsville, NJ on July 17, 2025 at 7:30 PM (rescheduled from July 14, 2025). All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such ordinance. Copies of this ordinance are available at the Municipal Building.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF DELAWARE, COUNTY OF HUNTERDON, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO AUTHORIZE AN EXPENDITURE AND APPROPRIATION FROM RESERVE FOR DILTS PARK IMPROVEMENTS FOR $163,134.00 AND FROM GRANTS FUNDED BY HUNTERDON COUNTY FOR RECREATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE AMOUNT OF $137,500.00 FOR IMPROVEMENT TO DILTS PARK PROJECT
