NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Delaware Township Committee will hold its “Virtual” meetings for its Regular Meetings and any Special Meetings for the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency to starting time of all meetings will be 7:30 pm.
NOTICE IS HEREBY further given that the Delaware Township Committee will change the format of its Regular Meetings and Special Meetings for the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency to “virtual” meetings via a video bridge ONLY.
THESE CHANGES ARE BEING INSTITUTED TO PROTECT THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF RESIDENTS, EMPLOYEES, MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS, AND CONSULTANTS IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY.
As established by the Township Committee at its reorganization meeting on January 2, 2020, the dates of all meetings will remain the same as follows:
1. All regular meetings shall be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m.except the May 25,2020 meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, the October 12, 2020 meeting will be held on Tuesday October 13, 2020 and the Monday meetings for July 27,2020 and August 31, 2020 will be cancelled. All meetings shall take place during the State of Emergency virtually as set forth and as provided for below until such time that the state of emergency is lifted.
