Ban the Bag Notice

Please accept two (2) bags per household (NOT two per resident and not 2 per visit).  Available at the DT Police Station lobby, during regular office hours.

Per the NJ State Law (P.L. 2020, c. 117) that bans the distribution of single-use plastic bags, effective May 5, 2022.  These bags are made available through NJ Clean Communities.
