The Delaware Township Municipal Utilities Authority (DTMUA) is an Applied Water Management, Inc. – An NSU Company that provides water & wastewater services to homes and businesses in the village of Sergeantsville. It is our goal to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with clean water and to enhance the quality of our environment for ourselves and our children.
Our Mission Statement
DELAWARE TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY (DTMUA) PROVIDES WATER AND WASTEWATER (SEWER) SERVICES TO HOMES AND BUSINESSES IN THE VILLAGE OF SERGEANTSVILLE. IT IS THE MISSION OF THE DTMUA TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS FOR WATER DELIVERY, WASTEWATER PROCESSING AND DISCHARGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT IN A FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE MANNER.
The DTMUA meets on the first Thursday of the Month at 7:30 pm at the Delaware Township Building.

DTMUA services are billed on a flat per unit basis. A typical single family home will be billed for 1 unit of water and 1 unit of sewer.
Water $131.25 per quarter
Sewer $214.25 per quarter
Total for one unit of sewer and water is $345.50
