Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) Update: FIRST WIN!
We have learned that the DRBC will assert its jurisdiction over this project!

This is our first victory as a community in this fight!
DRBC is the only agency with the legal authority to look at the CUMULATIVE impacts of the entire PennEast Pipeline Project as it passes through our Delaware River Watershed. This is an important as there are no requirements elsewhere to perform a cumulative review.
