Saturday, April 20 at 4 pm: What Lies Beneath? Hunterdon County has experienced nearly 70 earthquakes with aftershocks since the initial 4.8 quake on April 5. Learn more about the geological phenomena that’s causing it at a talk by Dr. Greg Herman, structural geologist, professor and author. Talk is free, donations are gratefully accepted.

  • Sunday, May 5 at 4 pm: Locktown Stone House Music kicks off with the Burnt Mills Highballers, a popular group based in Milford that specializes in old time music, blue grass and tunes that keep your toes tapping. Tickets are $15 per person online and $20 per person at the door, with 16 years old and under free.

  • Sunday, June 2 at 4 pm: The FryBoys bring their generations of musical talent to the Locktown StoneHouse Music series, handed down from patriarch Jim Fry Sr. and Reel to Real, to Jim Jr. and his two sons, Matt and Nick to play country, classic rock and oldies. Tickets are $15 per person online and $20 per person at the door, with 16 years old and under free.

  • Sunday July 7 at 4 pm: Tsu fit Duvids, which translates as ’too many Davids,’ is a klezmer ensemble playing traditional Eastern European tunes, American Klezmer and Yiddish melodies - good time music most often played at celebrations. Tickets are $15 per person online and $20 per person at the door, with 16 years old and under free.

  • Sunday, August 4 at 4 pm: Na’Bodach, which is broad Scots for "not old men!", reimagines the traditional music of the British Isles and its crossover into the US in new and decidedly untraditional ways. The group uses both acoustic and electric instruments and draws on influences as diverse as Funk, Progressive Rock, Folk, Blues and Classical. Tickets are $15 per person online and $20 per person at the door, with 16 years old and under free.

  • Sunday, September 8 at 4 pm: Jugtown Mountain String Band is rooted in the tradition of Old Time Appalachian songs and tunes. This four-piece band performs a variety of styles including mountain music, bluegrass, blues, and folk ballads. Tickets are $15 per person online and $20 per person at the door, with 16 years old and under free.
